Eat Right AND Avoid Stress

I had really stubborn acne and scars and it helped me to improve my eating habits.  Other than that pay attention to foods which seem to aggravate your skin (no matter what anybody else tells you about "safe" foods) and most importantly AVOID STRESS!!

This will really make your acne SO MUCH worse.  A year ago I started a daily yoga and meditation program and am convinced that the relaxation is keeping my acne semi-under control too.  You need to do several things at once to get things going.
